Speakers
The speakers will discuss strategic partnerships as means of success for businesses located in Europe and in the United States, with a focus on global logistics. They will also share their experiences as entrepreneurs doing business in the United States and in Europe.

Dr. Stephan F Hollmann is an Aerospace Executive and Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany in Southern California. His internationally acclaimed and recognized professional work in the areas of specialized mission aircraft is sought after throughout the world. His wealth of experience includes all aspects of aircraft lifecycle, management and business development, including Mergers and Acquisitions, entrepreneurial finance and governmental consulting.
Dr. Hollmann produced novel developments in design and integration of complex adaptive processes that earned him global recognition. He currently manages the Special Purpose Aircraft Division of Pacific Aerospace, located in Victorville and San Diego, CA. He is an Associate Fellow with the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA), a senior member of the Federal German Parliamentary Group for Aerospace, and advisor to government in New Zealand. Dr. Hollmann holds an engineering degree from University Bremen/Germany and a doctorate from California Southern University.
Dr. Stephan F Hollmann will speak about the challenges for European medium size companies in the US market.
Mission Center Executive, Raytheon Company
Tom Dlugolecki is a Business and Defense IT Professional who has achieved a high level of success in both the commercial and defense world. He has successfully transformed businesses while in positions varying from AMP/Tyco New Product Development Manager to Global Technology Director to General Manager Communications Div. at ITT. As President and Founder of Alorus LLC, his company designed and developed the world’s first industrial wireless, hand held, totally integrated computer-camera-cell phone.
Currently, Mr. Dlugolecki is the Mission Center Executive of the Raytheon 600 person design, development, and manufacturing center in San Diego. He is transferring Anscheutz German Ship Navigation Bridge Technology to San Diego to address a military and commercial ship design requirement. Mr. Dlugolecki is also leading the effort to build a global network centric logistics architecture and environment for defense and commercial use.
Tom Dlugolecki will add the American point of view when working with European Companies.
